We work to determine the appropriate evelope size and overall length of the wash booth. In those consultations we work through the cleaning path required for full part cleaning coverage. We provide both static and articulating nozzle arrays that can be manipulated to various high pressure, high flow settings based on the parts running on the line.

20 Micron Filtration Platform For High Flow Rate Recycling

The CPR System features a multi-step filtration process to under 20 micron including water clarification, oil-water solid separation, carbon and multimedia filtration and other proprietary filtration methods. The filtration equipment is built to handle the flow rate of the provided wash system.
